With nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, I have built a career rooted in leadership, craftsmanship, and a commitment to quality. My journey began with hands-on experience, framing over 150 homes, and over the years evolving into a construction leader, further supervising the successful completion of more than 1,400 homes from start to finish.

For over 17 years, I worked with one of the largest builders in Western Canada as a General, and subsequently Sr Site Superintendent. My role as Construction Manager with the largest single-family home builder in BC further honed my expertise in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Throughout my career, I have also served as a Quality Control Supervisor, Special Projects Manager, and National Construction Safety Officer. These positions deepened my understanding of building practices, project management, and safety protocols, ensuring every project I oversee meets both regulatory and client expectations.
